Good breakfast place. Can't believe I hadn't been here after living in the neighborhood so long. I enjoyed the laid back feeling of the homey decore and really appreciated the peace and quiet of this restaurant compared to a lot of the obnoxiously loud and chaotic breakfast spots out there. My wife and I had their flavored coffee, on this day it happened to be a Hawaiian hazelnut which I really enjoyed. The mini muffins and butter were a nice touch and were just enough to not take away from the breakfast entrees. My review would have been 4 stars, but while ordering I asked our server if the corn beef hash was made in house which she said it was turned out to be canned. Not terrible, the meal was still good, but had I been informed properlyI would have ordered differently. Service was great otherwise and I will definitely return to try the New Orleans omelet with Cajun hollandaise. The description looked really good so I'll look forward to that upon my return.
