  • Cash registers went down and the staff all of a sudden became clueless.. The kitchen was halted with no orders. It took over 10 mins for someone to figure out that you can still take an order by writing it down... And the "manager" ahem, totally useless and unfriendly to all of us customers that were patiently waiting for 20 minutes...
