  • I want to like this place, but the service is so hit and miss. I've been there twice, when it's not even that busy, and my drink glass if empty forever. I'd have to go out of my way to ask for a refill. Likewise the food is pretty darn good for the price, but again the consistency is hit/miss. For instance I had a great sirloin on a prior visit, but on subsequent tries they never could cook it right. I ordered medium rare and it came out well done, as did the recook the second time. I just ate my vegetables and called it a night. (They did take it off my bill though.) Also noticed that the last time was very smokey, while the previous visits were not bothersome at all. This probably has something to do with the ventilation system at the time. They do have great hamburgers though, which are hard to screw up. So I might try them again.
