Our insurance agent suggested Reliable Glass to repair nicks on one car (insurance covered) and replace another windshield (self pay). An estimate was given for the replacement but the installer brought a windshield without rain sensor. He promptly arranged delivery of the correct one and got the installation completed within the original time window (but at an increased cost).
Manager learned about the situation and promptly refunded the extra charge. Based on the number of top Yelp reviews, this must be typical of management and excellent public relations at Reliable Glass. Stuff happens, good business people demonstrate this kind of customer care!
