I have been going to this location for many years. Recently I went in to have a new "dip" type of manicure. The man working on my nails was very very hard to understand . He kept scolding me because I wasn't holding my hand right for him to dip it in the powder. He would shove my fingers out to the side to access my thumb and my thumb would straighten out and he would get repeatedly frustrated with me and scolded me over and over. He was not friendly and lectured me (couldn't understand anyways) by showing me over and over about my thumb not being held correctly. You would think he would be a little nicer. Also botched one nail, and instead of redoing it, just left it and covered it with top coat. Although I have gone here for at least 6 years, I do not think I will be going back. There are still some of the originals that are wonderful, but most are gone now and the new ones there are not very nice (Maybe the nice ones weren't there today !) Also they would rather not take a tip for an employee then put it on a credit card. Another customer had to argue with the cashier to have her tip onto a credit card, which she finally did. Very disappointed.
