Honestly living at Sierra Vista has been my worse living experience since moving out to Arizona for college at ASU. There have been many times that my rental office has needed to contact me for pertinent issues and they claim they "called" however not a single phone message was received. On top of that my complex has shut the water off on all the units due to "old broken pipes" for 24 hours plus on more than 11 occasions per winter season. In the summer they had the air conditioning break for a week and I don't think anyone should pay anything to live in these types of conditions. They offered no kind of compensation for putting their residence in these situations and were not at all apologetic. I still live here, rent is cheaper than a lot of student housing, the location near mill is nice, however I don't think those things are redeeming factors. I am moving out ASAP, I really wanted to like this place but the poor communication and the structural issues they encounter aren't worth it.
On another note, the change their staff completely about every 1-2 years. I don't know why they do this, whether it is so they can pay people less or so they can pretend they are improving due to a management change, but it makes it so its impossible to build a relationship with the company which I consider a negative.
