  • 10/2/2015. Valet was quick, check in took a little while but not bad. They set you up with a personal concierge which is nice because they show you to your room and they can't accept tips. Ours however, had a huge hickie, not real professional. They offer you a "Welcome gift" which is $75 and a buffet, but really it's their tour to try and sell you a time share. The smell was odd in our hallway, like smoke and vomit. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The shower had horrible water pressure and they charge you for the water and coffee in your room! I get the water, but the coffee?! View was decent but for the price, I would not ever stay here again. Could've gotten a cheaper hotel for the same experience.
