  • Moved to Pittsburgh two years ago and have been trying different salons for my curly (frizzy) long hair. This is a beautiful salon with friendly staff, so for something like a bridal party if would be great. AND I got the worst hair cut of my life. Like something from the late 1980s but poorly executed. I thought about asking the stylist to help fix it, but figured someone who had given me this cut and thought it was okay was not going to be able to make it better. I gently hinted at my dissatisfaction ("well, the back looks good") but my remark went unnoticed. Two weeks later I went to MCN Salon where they, thankfully, were able to fix the travesty. Will add that Salon Cercone has also done a decent job with my hair as has Denham & Company downtown.
