  • Good writers I had a really good experience with mine, and my resume looked great, my low star rating is what I experienced with Jerome the apparent manager and practically the owner when it comes to complaints, although he was very nice In the initial conversation he completely turned into a different person when I was only asking about a cancellation, which I wanted to know because I had already secured an interview and just want to see where that went before going though with the service, he became very rude and defensive, and after just one day told me my writer was assigned an work had started (even though the writer had only emailed me to set up time to contact) to make a long story short he made sure to let me know there is no refund what's so ever, I let it go, but the person he became by just mentioning a cancel was enough to not recommend this company, the get an interview or money back policy should give a clear indication on how ridiculous this place can get, it's like 10 applications 5 day, for 30 straight days, lol, good writers, but used car salesman mentality.
