  • I ordered online and got an e-mail saying my food would be ready at 7:35. I get there at 7:35 and tell them the name of my order. They tell me that my food should be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. At 8 o'clock someone comes up to me and asked me what name my order was under, I tell them my name and he turns around and grabs my food that had been sitting up at the counter for who knows how long.
