  • I stayed 5/3/18-5/5/18. The pros: koi fish in lobby, nice employees, good breakfast. The cons: the shower head in our 5th floor room (#510) had at most, barely lukewarm water coming out of it. The sofa bed mattress was so old, tired and thin, I would say it would only be OK for a kid--seriously like just 3" thick. My adult brother had 2 terrible nights on it. When I checked out at the front desk on 5/5/18 and told them about the shower water, the employee cheerily said to me "Aside from no hot water, how was your stay?" My brother and I had our 87 year old wheelchair bound father with us, and we were in AZ to visit his friend with cancer. Didn't want to be negative about the hotel in front of him or change rooms given the circumstances. But next time, I'll stay elsewhere.
