  • I had never had a bad experience like I did today. JOY (store manager) refused to adjust a promotion even though I had my receipt. I contacted a different Mall to tell them what had happen and they couldn't believe what this so call Store MANAGER JOY had done. This was so embarrassing especially with customers being around. I don't blame the store at all.
