  • Since I just wrote a negative review about a specialty vet, I think I should write a positive one about Banfield. I actually should have done this a long time ago. We have been going to Banfield since our dog was 6 weeks old and she is almost 7. The entire staff at Banfield University is top notch. Always so friendly when I call, and when we go in. Unfortunately I can't think of the names of people other than Dr. Riley and Dr. Davis. Dr. Riley has got to be the best vet ever. She spends so much time with us and makes us feel like she really cares about our pet. When we have seen Dr. Davis she has been the same as well. For what seems like a very large practice, it really has that small practice feel, where you feel like they remember you and your pet!
