  • Used to be Chachago and not sure if ownership has changed. The menu looks exactly the same and prices a bit higher due to the increased min wage. I think a bubble milk tea is $4.90. The tea is exactly the same...no flavour like sugar water and is a very effective diuretic. Bubbles were bouncy but the drink was a no for me. If you come here, I would recommend the bubble waffle ($3.90 original). The recipe is perfect and it's such a delightful crispy/soft treat, no longer have to find that one Chinatown stall to get it.
