  • Pretty cool pub inside the MGM... it's located in the Restaurant Row on your way to the Garden Arena. They are serving up tasty goodies like homemade fried pickles, pork nachos and homemade pretzels.... this is just a short list... of the appetizers. These were all the things I saw and wanted to try. The Nachos were HUGE and looked "oh-so-yummy". The table next to us was digging into these... and seemed to be enjoying them immensely. But I was "being good".... sort of. I restrained from filling up on these appetizers. We opted to share the ceviche... and then I shared a burger and salad with my mom. Ceviche was good... not the best I ever had but definitely solid! Lots of shrimps and scallops so PLUS there. I'm just picky... so keep that into account. We had the 1842 burger (medium) and the chopped Chinese salad. The Burger was SUCCULENT... JUICY.... MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH.... Yumminess! Might be my new favorite burger. I'm a big Bachi Burger fan... and this is right there...lots of flavor, savoriness and excellently prepared. And then there's the Bun... Yes, the Bun is newsworthy... it was light and airy and soft. It wasn't hard or dense. I think it's definitely homemade cuz it just melted in your mouth along with the burger. (Note... I was totally unimpressed with the store pickles they served with the burger.... it was limp and soggy. I was expecting something more hand-crafted-like.) The fries were ok.... nothing to get excited about. But the Burger... The Burger is the Star! The Salad was quite large! Definitely EntrĂ©e sized. Even for the 2 of us we didn't finish all of it. The dressing was Fabulous... light, not overpowering and just a hint of ginger. I'd definitely order it again. I mean... if I was "being good". But I'd probably end up having the burger. LOL! The Atmo .... Dark like a pub... but not murky... lots of TVs everywhere. It being March... there was Round-Ball on the tubes everywhere so we got a good variety of games to watch all at once. It seemed like everywhere had a pretty good view of at least 2 TVs. The Service.... The waitstaff / server / water guy... All On Point! They were on top of it. I definitely recommend making reservations if you plan on getting there after 5pm on a weekend. We were there on a Saturday night at 5:15pm and we had about a 25 minute wait.
