***Beware of the Makeover***
My best friend and I made an appointment for a full beauty makeover in advance at this sephora. Being from out of town, our taxi driver dropped us off at the Venetian itself when apparently this Sephora is a stand alone store and not in the actual Venetian itself. Mind you me and friend were in heels and we had to make it a couple of blocks to the store. At this point, I call the Sephora's store line but no one answered. My reasoning for calling was to let them know we are on our way as courtesy. I called numerous times as we raced to try to make it on time to the store but no one picked up. We arrived about 10 minutes late, and the store is practically empty ( this is on a Saturday around 6pm) and we tell the lady that greets us the situation. She states that they have a strict policy but will ask her other associates too see if they can honor the makeover. We wait for another 10 minutes and she comes back to us saying that there is no way they can do a full makeover but can do a 15 minute mini makeover. At that point, we decide it's not worth it and leave.
The store is empty and there was no one at the makeup station getting their makeup done. If they actually picked up the store line and told us that there was no way they could honor the makeover, that would of been fine but to not answer when the store is not busy, is absolutely crazy. Me and the best friend joked that we got the make-under treatment lol..Will definitely not be back here at this particular location.
