  • Reading through other reviews, I felt I needed to comment. I have bought many items and have had issues with a couple. All issues wee handled quickly and professionally. The pictures and descriptions are spot on. They offer a preview day so you can actually inspect and hold the item. There is s lot of fine print and rules but it is an auction. Buyers premium, internet fee pay with credit card fee... bottom line is that as a consumer, do your homework! They do there best to present the product but it is all up to the buyer in regards to the rest. All the employees I have dealt with have been courteous and professional. If you familiarize yourself with the fees and rules, you will have an enjoyable experience. It is not like going to Target and buying something off the shelf. If you do your research and due diligence, you can get some smoking deals!
