  • This is one of the best hotels I have ever booked. I made a reservation the morning of the day I needed room so cancelation was no option. Once I made my reservation, I noticed I made a mistake so I quickly called them. The customer service was awesome, they immediately fixed the issue with no additional fees. My room was a Corner Suite which had a spectacular view of the city. The room was modern and extremely clean. Customer service was what really impressed me. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and helped with everything from luggage to checking in. Their parking is valet and are professional. If you are an AAA member, you receive free valet parking. If not, you need to pay $29 The gentleman at the check-in was very helpful. Remember I made that mistake in the morning? It showed up again but he took care of it quickly. He informed me everything about the hotel from the key system to the restaurant. This information is something I take for granted many times but found it important at this hotel. Concierge was great, they know who called and like the valet refer to you professionally. (Ex: Mr. Kang) Bed is very comfortable, needed that comfortable bed to sleep in until 11am. Slept like a baby for 10 hours (be jealous). Gas is cheap and they have a metro type train right next to the hotel, no different environment than downtown LA when it comes to unique individuals during the night. The pool is small, no jacuzzi but seriously? You're in Arizona. What difference does a jacuzzi make when it is so hot that the moment you step out the pool, you're dry.
