  • Had two Orangutan tech over to fix my AC unit recently. One said he was a supervisor or whatever and had a trainee with him. They quoted me a RIDICULOUS price on a condenser. I had called an AC supply house already to get an idea of cost ahead of time so I knew he ballpark I could be expecting but what these two guys quoted me was almost triple. I said no thank you and that I was going with another company. I closed the door. Well what they don't realize is that I have a camera doorbell that picks up audio as well as video. The supervisor proceeded to berate his trainee and then said "this woman was a fat retarded bitch." Classy, Orangutan. I will be shooting from the rooftops for my friends and family to NOT use your services.
