  • I was happy with the response time but when the technician showed up I felt like he was trying up sale. I got a call back from another company I called originally and asked for a quote for the exact same service as A-1 was going to perform. They quoted me $166.00 cheaper than A-1. He did adjust the price some but then wanted to call the landlord and stir up trouble for me on fixing the door. Telling her that she may have problems down the road if she doesn't replace the springs ( to get the bill higher) I wouldn't use this company again
