  • My spouse and I recently tried to use an agent from Long and we were EXTREMELY disappointed in her representation of us to the seller. There was a house addition that was not properly permitted and this agent CONTINUALLY blew off my concerns. This told me one of two things...she was either incompetent or inexperienced or both. Either way we were really disappointed in her lack of knowledge in this situation and her non-chalant attitude about trying to move forward on a purchase when she was well aware of our concerns on the house addition not being permitted. If you are not worried about your best interest when purchasing a home, this is probably the company for you. Let's just say we took our business elsewhere and we are GLAD WE DID.
