  • I have been here serveral times and yesterdays experience was questionable. Sophia did my mani/pedi. While doing my pedi, she pulled out the cheese grater and cut my left pinky toe. While she was scrapping away she was also talking to her co-worker. She apologized, tried to stop the bleeding with the water my feet were soaking in and put some alcohol in some cotton and applied it to the wound. She said she was sad because she hurt me, but she isnt the one that got wounded. I wear shoes around bot flip flops so it is very painful to walk, especially after I left the salon. No band-aid was offered or anything. So.....im very disappointed. I dont think I will be coming back. The store owner saw what happened and nothing was done. The gel manicure only lasted a week
