  • I will never be back to this Arby's. I've been there twice over the last 3 months. Both times the associates walked back and forth several times before acknowledging me at the counter. I had a simple order. The kitchen staff had all walked out of the kitchen and the girl at the counter had to call someone back in to make my sandwich. They were all back there when I placed my order. I was given old mozzarella sticks and a cold Ruben that had no sauce and no sauerkraut. All the meat was on one side of the bread.
