| - While checking out, I was not asked if I found everything ok as well as he did not engage with me at all. He only kept talking to other employees. This guy, of Latin descent, with long hair on top with yellow/orange tips, proceeded to scan my items, told me my total while looking and conversing with someone else, waited for my receipt to print out and grabbed it, while STILL talking to his co-worker, and just gave it to me without looking up once. I looked at him because he was giving me a receipt without any eye contact or customer service (still gabbing with co-worker and his face was turned completely away from me). I snatched it out of his hand, waited for him to turn and look and at least acknowledge my purchase and that I was leaving, but he did not. I couldn't help but laugh and realize that Ross has literally hired a super lazy, non friendly, millennial to run a register, the literal face of their store. A robot would have done better. Fail.
