They called back as promised and the good news it's just a fatty tumor.
I took our dog back to get his shots and was sad to hear that Dr. Snead had gone to Green Valley Animal Hospital, but made another appointment anyway with Dr. Curtis. It's entirely possible that I liked Dr. Curtis just as much, if not more than Dr. Snead! He answered a TON of questions for me, and accommodated every little request that I had. He ended up spending almost an hour with me, making sure mine and my dog's needs were met. He clarified everything with me, as he'd never met my dog before, and really blew me away. I walked away with his shots updated, his microchip # I had been trying to get (he's a rescue), and a prescription for his anxiety during thunderstorms/fireworks (last time there was a thunderstorm he puked all over the couch because he was so worked up). I paid $40 for the shots and $6 for the prescription (even though giving him the prescription required another physical exam, and he scanned his microchip as a courtesy).
Another 5 stars for Sunridge, and 5 stars for Dr. Curtis.
