| - First of all, "Dr. Kelly" is not a doctor.
I had a negative experience that started with a miscommunication* and ended with Kelly calling my home to tell me not to write a negative comment about her.
* The miscommunication was based on her Groupon offer... when I called to inquire about a procedure Kelly offered, I asked the receptionist if Kelly would honor the Groupon price because I was not able to get in before the expiration (Kelly was only in Green Valley once every 1-2 months). The answer not only was YES, but the receptionist said, since Kelly would receive 100% of the price (instead of a percentage thru Groupon), Kelly could add another area on my face for no additional charge. I had 3 conversations with this receptionist confirming this "deal." When I arrived for my appointment (bringing a copy of the Groupon), Kelly said she could NOT honor the price with the additional area on my face.
So, I had the treatment done on my neck only.
I paid thru her Square and returned home to receive an email receipt thru Square.
As part of the email, Square asked if I was satisfied, and I clicked NO due to the miscommunication.
Two hours later, I received a voice mail from Kelly... it lasted 3 minutes. Kelly was unprofessional as she said I should never have left a negative comment because, as she explained, her clients are never unsatisfied. News flash... I was! She went on to say how wrong I was. It was disgraceful in my opinion.
Her tone was so threatening that I contacted Square.
Professional do not call clients at home... furthermore, Square asks for honest feedback for a reason.
