  • Not great, quality really has deteriorated over the years due to their success. The broth is condensed with no flavour of pork bones. Ramen turned into instant noodles. You can learn from McDonald's but that doesn't mean you can replicate their success. Ramen isn't suppose to be made on an assembly line.
