I stopped at this branch last week to open a business checking account. The teller told me to "have a seat" while she determined whether someone could help me. She waited on a couple more customers, then finally asked another worker whether someone could help me with a business checking account. Finally, a guy came out and told me that setting up a business checking account takes approximately two hours and that I needed to make an appointment. He also said they were booked up for a day.
I drove a couple miles to a credit union. I went in and opened a business checking account, no appointment necessary. The entire process took 35 minutes.
This Chase branch is poorly managed. The employees seem poorly trained and worse, they don't really seem to care about their customers. I would avoid it at all cost. I'm also moving my personal accounts from Chase.
