  • Let me start off saying the 2nd car was wonderful....I made this reservation and paid for it months ago back in March. And I went to E-Z Maccarran Airport location at 1:40 am to pick up my car. I was the only customer and the agent was so rude. Agent RAO asked if I had full coverage with my insurance company which I do and I showed him an email...he acted like he didn't believe me and was just doing me a favor by saying ok....and for the record I have USAA and full coverage on all my cars. Agent RAO then he took my credit card for the $350 security deposit and said it was declined...which is impossible. So I inserted the credit card and it worked just fine. Agent RAO threw the paperwork at me to sign then as I was walking to the car I realized Agent RAO charged a $700 security deposit....he now claimed he did not double charge me but it was a computer error....after having yet another piece of paper thrown at me to sign...I went to the car just to find out it smells like smoke....I now had to go back to the same rude agent RAO to changed cars and have another piece of paper thrown at me to sign....I was still the only customer; Thank GOD. Agent RAO would have lost it!
