  • I rented from Enterprise, there was a rodent problem and wiring was chewed up. I worked with my insurance company, and when they paid I authorized my deductible to be paid. Enterprise sent me several threatening letters, with the last banning me from renting from their company. All this after I had talked with their representative several times. I think one star rating is too much.
