The worse experience anyone could have, I was from 6:40pm till 9:45pm. I was not given a solutions. My 6plus is still having the same issues. John braveman came out to explain the same thing I was told by the tech. It had this phone only 2 months. They also tried to get me to make an appointment with cloud services after I was there 3 hours!
I'm completely disappointed in the way this was handled. I will definitely be contacting corporate.
