  • When I hurt my back, I was devastated, and felt very alone and depressed. I have been going to the Chandler location of Novocur for 3-4 years due to a herniated disc in my back. At first, the service was decent and they did exactly what I needed. It was about what I expected. The moment Dr. Thomas took over here, things changed. He stepped everything up a notch. The staff is more professional, friendly, and helpful. They all have a genuine level of concern and willingness to help. I have had a few unique scenarios where I needed special accommodations, and they bent over backwards to make things work. Back pain is very complicated and there is no one solution for everyone. Dr. Thomas has been diligent in helping to find solutions to the evolving issue and change treatment as needed. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would give it ten stars if I could. They are more than just doctors and nurses to me. They have been right next to me during big life events, and have shared in my joys, making sure that I am able to enjoy them pain free.
