  • Second review I've been here about 10 times now and the last 3 times - the staff seems to be younger and younger. In addition, the food canisters are ALWAYS empty. The last two times, the greens were empty or VERY little left and I had to ask for fresh greens (she was going to serve me old lettuce). Secondly, the slaw, pickled cucumbers, and bean sprouts were all low today. This was today 11/12 at about 130. I assume there was a lunch rush but when I was the only person in line and only a few patrons in the restaurant. The food should be stocked or constantly refilled, like Chipotle. Chipotle always has fresh ingredients and they are constantly refilling and keeping things fresh. Makes me worried about the meat temperatures and safety of the food. Today, I don't think there was one adult-manager in the place, and come to think of it, only the first few times have I seen a manager-type person. If there was, they surely are not focused on what is happening. Seems like they have grown and become satisfied with how busy they have become and are now slacking. I won't return - $11 for lunch can be spent somewhere else.
