  • One of the few times, I've flown AA & will never happen again. Luggage has been lost since August 3rd. It's the 6th now... everyone on the phone just wants to hang up before I get any resolution or answers. I even paid extra... Fly American ... buyer beware. Just make sure you carry-on & never let them check it. They need a customer service make-over. If Walmart can do it...
