I've eaten Pho in many places----some the best and some of the worse. This place is nice and clean on the inside, a plus. But, a red light came on when I saw the size of the menu offered. I usually stay away from places that offer everything under the sun-----but the drive to Vegas got me hungry for Pho. So I ordered a Pho Tai Chin and it came out in a timely fashion. And that is when it went down hill, the broth was rather bland and the veggies looked old and wilted with brown spots. But, the worse part was the Chin part was not lean at all ----it was curtains of nasty connective tissue and fat, totally inedible!!! There was very little of the lean Tai beef, so I was forced to pick through a heaping mess of connective tissue to find some edible Tai beef. I know now that Pho is not their strong point here, but it is decieving when its part of the restaraunts name.
