  • Best place for high quality meats to use in Cajun Creole cooking. Andouille, boudain, Tasso, nice meaty ham hocks. I always have to go here when I'm planning a gumbo or some red beans and rice. Also, good beef jerky, fresh wieners. I really haven't ever been disappointed with their meat.
