  • I lived here for one year and have no real complaints. This probably isn't the "safest" neighborhood, but I felt safe with the key fob entrance and gated underground parking. As others have said, the apartments are older, but what you pay for is the location and the incredible views you have from your windows, if you are lucky to have a strip view. Maintenance was always done in a timely manner and the office staff were always friendly and attentive. I had no issues with getting my deposit back and my power even got shut off before I was able to vacuum after packing. The only cons I would say exist are the facts that the windows do not open and there is shared laundry for a majority of the units. Other than that, I would recommend this complex, most definitely.
