Update to previous review. After 2 days 50% of the lash had fallen out. I'm not sure if it was the lack of glue during application that caused the early fall out but Melissa reached out to me today and offered a full new application at no cost. After trying to work through my busy schedule and their availability I agreed to go back and give it another shot. Melissa definitely showed me that this company does take pride in customer service and she was very understanding of the situation. I would recommend them, maybe it just didn't work for me.
I have been wanting to get my lashes done for a while now and decided to finally do it. After seeing the reviews I decided to make an appointment. The process was simple and my technician Sophie was very nice and why I gave it two stars instead of one. My problem is simply the glue, within less than 12 hours half of the lashes were coming off and now on the second day there is less than half left. I messaged the owner the day that the lashes started falling out and even sent her a picture of the pile of lashes and I have yet to hear a response. Very unprofessional. I called the salon and they offered me a free 30 minute fill but at this point I don't trust that they will stay on! It was a complete waste of money.
