  • As per my visit in the store, receiving a response from Aaron was extremely refreshing and 100% on par with the importance they place on customer service! I truly appreciate you acknowledging my concerns, and honest to G-d, I was coming back either way! :) Having my concerns listened to and considered has bumped you back up to 5 stars, no question! I enjoyed shopping there with you all and could not love my boots any more!! I appreciate and respect your honesty about the reasons for the raise in price... As I stated in my review, I had a feeling it was due to the one on one service from a locally owed company, the ability to try on different styles and sizes and walking out the door boots in hand... Or on foot! :) Thank you again for your continued care for your customer's satisfaction... Even though I deducted a star previously after getting a bad taste in my mouth, I assure you, it did not stop me from telling everyone where I got my amazing boots and how high the level of customer service was that I received! I wish you all the best and you will see me and my business again! :)
