  • I was really happy with Brad. Our A/C went out during 114 degree temps. He couldn't fit us in the day we called (understandably), but he fit us in late the day the next day, did excellent troubleshooting, ID'd the correct part (ordered it) and had the part installed at the end of the 3rd day. It's been a few weeks and everything is working great!
