  • Our Hot Water heater went out and our Sears Home Warranty sent out Junior from BK Plumbing. He was professional and knowledgeable. He advised us our 75 gallon hot water heater needed to be replaced. After calling sears he came back and said I have some good news and some bad news. Good news Sears approved the replacement of the hot water heater, bad news is, since our heater was 75 gallons Sears has to buy the new unit and BK then can pick it up. Two days later we heard back from Sears and BK plumbing, and we set up an appointment to have the new unit installed. Bk Plumbing advised Sears covered everything except $289 including the initial service charge of $60. On the day of the appointment Jason and Junior showed up actually 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. 2-3 hours later we had a new water heater and it works great. Before they left Junior went over the operation of the new water heater. This is a great company and if you need work I would recommend. Also if you have a home warranty please ask your company if they work with BK Plumbing, if they do ask for them. One last thing there are no hidden charges, what they tell you it will cost is what they charge.
