  • The food is great, as all Panara breads are. However, the staff is awful. I ordered food Togo that was paid for and never received. I called when I got home to tell them the mistake and that I wanted a refund and they didn't offer anything except to drive back and get it. They were so rude and didn't care about their mistake. I will not be coming back.
