  • I will not get my brows done at this brow bar in Macy's ever again. I only go to Benefit and have had issues with this location. A couple months back I received no notice when the girl was fired after I drove 20 minutes there. I was hesitant to make a new appointment recently but thought I'd give them another try. The new girl honestly did a great job with my brows but ripped my skin off without even telling me let alone an apology. She was very clean and neat which I really liked but talk about an ego on this chick. She bragged nonstop about how great she was and when I said OWW!! when she was putting concealer on, SHE DID NOT MENTION BURNING ME AT ALL. How are you going to put concealer on my fresh wax burn WITHOUT TELLING ME. I know it happens, but tell me when it happens. I even mentioned how it has happened to me a few times! I called a few hours after the appointment because by the time I got there to ask for my money back they would be closed. I told them how frustrated I was that nobody told me I was burned and that make up was put over my burn but all I got was completely unhelpful "ok, thanks!" on the other line. The burn scabbed for 4 days. See ya never, Benefit in Macy's.
