  • While my wife & I were in Las Vegas visiting, all of a sudden my wife started experiencing severe pain in her back. I googled Urgent Care's near the strip & saw Code 3 Urgent Care (at the Airport) in the reviews...I thought it was kind of strange being in the airport but based on the reviews I called the office 1st. Susan, the head Nurse answered and was very caring & knowledgeable in speaking with me, asking the right questions and showed a genuine care to want to see my wife & assist. Upon arrival, I was happy to see the urgent care was newer, clean & the staff was friendly. There was almost no wait. Both Susan & Milton (Paramedic) took great care of my wife, showed a lot of empathy & went step-by-step to properly diagnose her. They also provided pain medication which helped alleviate my wife's pain. It was later determined it was best for my wife to go to an ER to get a CT Scan...however, prior to departing, Susan & Milton helped expedite the process by doing a blood test, urine test, X-Rays & prescribing medicine...they wrote up a proper order & gave us directions to a nice hospital to ensure a smoother process upon arrival. Fortunately this immediate care & attention turned a difficult situation into a fairly smooth experience...and by the next day, all was resolved with my wife's medical issue and back to relaxing on our vacation. PS, the ER Doctor was very impressed with all the work done at Code 3 Urgent Care & complemented the documentation & action steps taken...she even commented "I just thought they handled hungover passengers"...long story short, need an urgent care while in Vegas, give them a shot! Park in the Valet upon arrival to Terminal 1, makes it easier...Great job Susan & Milton!
