  • ok I am revising my review based on my last visit on Tuesday . so once again my tires were losing air, I dreaded the fact I had to go back here because of my past experiences, well low and behold I was greeted as soon as I pulled up, right away I could notice a change in customer service, I explained to the young gentleman by the name of Josh what was going on , he went above and beyond to explain to me what was happening and what he could do for me. he ordered me 3 new tires by the time I left no sooner than an hour later or so he called me to tell me they were in. I brought my car in, they took me immediately and did a fabulous job. Thank you to corporate for reading these reviews and putting someone like Josh on board that truly has impeccable customer service skills and knows what the heck he is doing, He is turning this place around for the good.
