I have attended about 20 classes here since mid-2011 and I have to say that I am impressed.
Whether you are doing a combined spinning/yoga class, a 45 minute spin or a 6 x 6 spinning/weight training interval program, you can always expect to have an energetic, enthusiastic and professional instructor that is happy to help you out and provide you with any tips to aid you in improving your form (even though they can be a bit hokey at times with their personal mantras). While the classes can sometimes be crowded, I have never felt like this is a serious problem but those who need their personal space may feel otherwise. Finally, the clean towels, water cooler and mat rentals for a $1 make this an even better proposition.
The only downside to this place is the price. The classes are quite expensive and are definitely geared towards working moms (though I have not ever felt out of place as a twenty-something man). If you are a student (like me), you can get a 10% discount on a 20 pack of classes and reduce the price (including taxes) to about $13/class. While not cheap, it is far better than some of the other options they have available.
