  • They get 2 stars because there are some great people on staff. For a smaller purchase or accessory, this store is perfect if you live in Summerlin. The selection is decent - you can't screw up a little purchase. If you are in need of a larger purchase - iPad, Laptop, Desktop, etc. definitely go to the store in Fashion Show. It's a pain, but the trip will be well worth it. The staff is much more experienced, better customer service, etc. I was warned not to get any repair done in Summerlin, got lazy and did - ridiculous from customer service to the quality of work to the timeframe. Some of the staff is great, some are not so good. There is one great manager that I've met - other than that it's hit and miss and a bit robotic.
