  • We live close to this location and have found it to be subpar and not representative of the franchise. Unfortunately, there are a couple issues. On both our visits, customer volume has been light and wait times have been excessive. During our most recent visit, our orders took longer than we expected and arrived at the counter incorrect. The person at the register argued and claimed we received what we had ordered. (Boneless vs, regular) We had already overheard her arguing with another customer in regards to their order. From the customer's perspective, it does not matter who is at fault. The customer does not always have to be right. However, the store personnel should treat the customer as a customer and not as an adversary. As a summary; two visits with lengthy wait times for orders, boneless wings are small and akin to McNuggets, the service is not fantastic, and seems as if nobody behind the counter wants to be there. Hopefully, this location can get aligned with the other better-established locations and course correct this one before it fails.
