  • This was a pretty cool elite event... one I would definitely have not stumbled across on my own, so thanks Yelp for taking me out of my cozy little comfort zone. Usine C is a really amazing industrial style event space, have always meant to come here but never got around to it. This event was part of the digital arts festival. A bunch of robot exoskeletons, hanging from the ceiling of a cavernous dimly lit room with booming electronica music playing greeted us on entrance. Several audience members were chosen at random to be strapped into the robots and their upper bodies and arms were then controlled by a central console. I'd give it five stars for concept, and three for execution, a really cool idea but after watching for about 30 minutes it got a bit repetitive. Still, a very fun and unique way to spend an evening!
