Good place for service overall - the facility they have is really quite something and I haven't had a negative experience so far. Pricing-wise yes it's a dealership and some stuff can get a little bit ridiculous but it's not like you have to come here for everything and I haven't ever been pushed to try and get any services I didn't want.
On pricing for example oil changes they charge $100 for here - it costs around $80 + shipping to buy OE oil/filter/drain plug from ecstuning so considering they wash your car inside/out and you can get a loaner too that's pretty good. Wheel alignment, brake fluid, and coolant changes are a little bit more than indie shops but still reasonable. I also surprisingly got a fairly similar quote on a belt tensioner replacement as when I called around to indie shops.
What doesn't make sense to me is how they charge over $200 for the micro filter service and over $100 for the engine air filter service. These are two of the cheapest and easiest to replace parts on the vehicle and I highly recommend performing these tasks on your own.
I also question whether anything special really happens during the $75 scope service. One of the things I believe they are supposed to do during this service is check all modules for error codes - in my case I was already aware of a particular code in my HVAC unit as I own a Bavarian Technic OBD dongle, but they never made any mention of it so heh...
One little pet peeve I've had with other shops is my steering wheel and armrest always feel greasy afterwards, but I've never had that issue here. Also note you can get 10% off all parts and labor with a BMW CCA membership.
